User Guide for Integration AWS UNOPIM Integration


Unopim AWS integration connects unopim with Amazon S3 to make the storage in a simple and secure cloud of images and pdfs.

Users can easily configure it through their access key, secret key, region and name of the bucket.

It includes a feature that updates images in cache to regular intervals so that the most recent means are shown.

If an update time is not provided, a predetermined value guarantees that updates are still automatically produced.

New support files are synchronized in Amazon S3 by themselves, while older files can be hung on one click.

Integration offers scalable cloud storage without limitations, supporting the growth of perfect media.

Optimizes the handling of supports and guarantees fast and reliable access to stored assets at all times.

To install the Unopim AWS integration extension, download and decompress the extension.

Place the extracted folder in the “Packages/Webkul” directory within the root of your project.

Record the package provider

Go to the config/app.php file and add the following line to “Suppliers”

Webkul\AWSIntegration\Providers\AWSIntegrationServiceProvider::class,

Go to the composer.json file and add the next line to “PSR-4”

"Webkul\\AWSIntegration\\": "packages/Webkul/AWSIntegration/src"

To complete the installation, run the following commands:

Dump composer autoload
composer dump-autoload

Install UNOPIM AWS integration extension

composer require league/flysystem-aws-s3-v3

Post assets of the plugin

php artisan vendor:publish --tag=unopim-aws-connector

Erase app cache

php artisan optimize:clear

Configuration of credentials to Amazon S3 server

Keep kindly follow the steps mentioned below to create the Amazon S3 credentials

  • After that you get two options Create an AWS account for new users and Login to an existing AWS account For registered users.

  • To create the access key and secret access key, click on Iam under Safety, identity and compliance

  • After that, a new page will open where you have options to add, see and delete users.

  • Click the Safety credentials To create a new access key.
  • Now you have to go in favor Access keys -> Create the access key.
  • You can now see your access key id and the secret access key generated as shown below.

After installing the AWS Unopim integration module, users with the necessary permits can manage the aforementioned settings below.

Scroll to the left menu and select Integration AWS> AWS integration section

Here, the user can enable the module to allow files to be stored in Amazon S3 Cloud Storage.

To successfully integrate AWS with Unopim, the user must enter the following configuration details generated in their Amazon Aws account:

  • ID of the access key
  • Secret key
  • Name of the bucket
  • Region
  • URL of the bucket

The ”Update timeThe field allows the user to set up how long (seconds) the images must be stored in the browser. The cache will only be refreshed once this time is over.

If you do not set up a moment, the system uses a default value 86,400 seconds (24 hours).

This helps reduce repeated URL requests and avoids unnecessary AWS openings.

Sync the existing supports with AWS

Scroll to the left menu and select Integration AWS> General

synchronize

Click ‘Synchronize“A button to upload all existing PDFs and PDFs to Amazon S3 with one click.

All new images or PDFs added later will be automatically synchronized.

Raise the supports to Amazon S3

Users can upload PDF images and documents as usual Catalog> products to unopim.

The files will be automatically transferred to AWS and S3 links will be generated for supports.
