You can install and execute it with the versions 10.XI 11. The existing software functionality will not be affected. You just have to make sure you don’t throw V11 and V11.1 at the same time if you use a integrated database to store projects.

View of the calendar

When you start version 11.1, see two new buttons on the toolbar, “Create calendar” and “Create Gantt Chart”. Click “Create the calendar”. Choose to create a new table to get acquainted with this feature. You can change to the database table later. The software will create a new table for you and will even add some test data. You can now create the project and enjoy a totally functional calendar page.

If you decide to use your table, make sure you proceed to the “Calendar Settings” screen (between pages and fields) and set up the calendar. The field of date and field of the subject are mandatory and rest is optional.

Ps. Calendar View is based on FullCalendar’s open source project.

Gantt View

Gantt’s graph is similar in many ways to the calendar. We also recommend creating a new table and familiarizing -first with this feature. You can find the specific gantt settings on the “Gantt” screen.

You can add, edit, delete tasks, add dependent tasks, use drag-n-drop to change task dates/subtask or update the progress of the task.

Ps. We use the Frappe Gantt component as the nucleus of this new function.

SVN/GIT Support

The support of the source control system provides two main scenarios.
1. Using SVN/git only for backup copies.
2. Unique developer who works in the same project of different machines.

SVN, only a backup

1. Install the SVN Order Line Customer Software. At Windows we recommend Silksvn.

2. Create a new empty folder in the SVN tank. Check -in any folder on your local computer.

3. At PHPrunner/Asprunner.net, proceed to the project -> Version Control Settings and select “Export Directory”, the same where you have made the purchase. Other parameters will be automatically populated.

4. “Committed after each saving project”: This is up to you.

5. “Update to each project opening”: If you use SVN for backup copies only deactivate this option.

Once you have done these steps, you will see a new “Save and Committed” button at the bottom of the software. Use it to save your project and commit changes to the deposit.

6. To restore a project from the backup, continue on the software start screen, the “Import” tab. Click Navigate and sign up for the software in the Project.JSON file in the purchase folder.

SVN, working from different computers

1. On the first computer repeats all steps for “backup”. Activate the “Update of each project opening” option. Now, to open this project, you will have to use the “Open Open control” tab on the home screen.

2. In the second purchase of projects, make the purchase of SVN projects. On the home screen, go to the “Open Version Control” tab, click Navigate and sign up -in the folder where you made the purchase. You will see a dialog with the SVN settings, only leave it as it is and click “OK”.

Note: It is important not to use this feature for the simultaneous development of various developers. Each commitment will cancel the changes made in another computer.

Arrival

The ideology is the same, but there are some additional orders that must be executed manually.

1. Create a new deposit on Github.com, for example Jondoe/cars

2. Create a directory on your computer, open the terminal and change to the directory.

3. Run these commands, replace Jondoe/cars With the name of the real deposit:

git init
git remote add origin 
git branch -M main

4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 to access the Github’s deposit on the second computer.

5. During the first savings and commit, you can find this error:

*** Please tell me who you are.

If this happens, run the following orders to the terminal/order line and try to save and re -commit.

git config --global user.email "you@example.com"
git config --global user.name "Your Name"

6. Now you can do the same, at Phprunner/Asprunner.net, proceed to the “Open Version Control” tab, click Naviga and sign up -in the folder where you have made the purchase.

Best of the search assistant

The new function here is “selected edit” that allows you to edit the selected entry in a search assistant. It can be useful when you have noticed a typeface in the search data data and you want to solve it without leaving the page.
